Since 1983 I have been using massage, bodywork and energy healing
to reduce pain and restore balance to
body,
mind and
spirit. Two of my many specialties are a natural approach to relieving
back pain and working with trauma release.
My
holistic practice is about discovering the sources of pain and suffering and
exploring our natural ability to heal and transform with therapeutic
help. The alternative hands-on healing i perform brings us closer to our natural order.

Massage Therapy increases circulation and calms the nervous system. Chapman's Reflexes help to balance the endocrine and lymphatic systems with reflex points. Energy Techniques help to shift blocked or trapped energy throughout the body and chakras.
I believe with all of my heart that each of us has an natural intelligence that helps us to self-correct pain, stress, trauma and suffering. Each session helps to release trapped energy that can than be used to restore vitality and health.
